Dr. Tomi Ashaye

Epileptologist Educator
I am a fellowship-trained neurophysiologist and Epileptologist and certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology, Clinical neurophysiology, and epilepsy. I received my medical degree from the Chicago Medical School of the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Sciences in Illinois and completed residency and fellowship training in neurology at Rush University Medical Center. 

I am currently a clinical Assistant Professor at UTHealth Neurosciences at McGovern Medical School and started with Neurotech serving as their Epileptologist- Tech Educator in 2022.  

Keith Morgan

CEO of Neurotech
The founder and C.E.O. of Neurotech, LLC founded in 2006, focused on providing high-standard EEG Technologist Service throughout the United States. Since 2008, Neurotech has been involved with training EEG Tech students as an approved clinical training site through many Neurodiagnostic Schools in the U.S. Since 2015, Keith started volunteering as an EEG Technologist educational mentor helping to develop low or middle-income countries train and develop best practices for their EEG Labs. To date, Neurotech has been involved in EEG development projects in over 12 low or middle-income countries and continues to be involved with many of these ongoing projects. As CEO, Keith has guided the Neurotech Team to plan and invest in the long-term infrastructure of The Neurotech EEG Institute.

Keith has been in the field of EEG for over 20 years as a Registered EEG Technologist, has a Graduate Degree in Business (MBA), and is currently a Graduate Student in Global Health at Northwestern University. Keith is an active member and serves on committees for both The American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ASET) and The American Clinical Neurophysiological Society (ACNS). In 2021, he cofound Eltec, the first-ever EEG Technologist Certificate Training program in South America. 

Keith is married and has three children.

Neurodiagnostic Educator
I have been in the field of Neurodiagnostics since 2001 and with Neurotech since 2019.  I graduated from a 2-year Associates of Applied Science in Clinical Neurophysiology, and then continued my education and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  I have my ABRET and AAET Board Registries in EEG, EP, CLTM, and NCS.  I have worked in various areas of healthcare all of my working career, starting as a nursing assistant in assisted living and the hospital, neurodiagnostic technology, lab management/development, patient resource/fundraising, program director/instructor for an Neurodiagnostic Associates program, remote monitoring technologist, and clinical educator.  I have a passion for teaching and helping others.  I strive to help patients, give them the information that they need and help guide them to getting the answers they are looking for.  I started teaching EEG and other neurodiagnostic procedures because I feel that with shared knowledge, we can reach even more people. I have taught informally and formally for the majority of my career and have enjoyed every moment.

I am married, and have 1 daughter, 3 stepchildren, and 3 step-grandchildren.  I love animals, and live on a farm with a dog, cats, cows, and horses.  In my free time, I try to keep learning new things and traveling.  

Magdalena Warzecha B.A., R.EEG/EP.T, CLTM-NA

Chief Operations Officer
I am passionate about education and learning.  I am ABRET registered in EEG, Evoked Potentials, Certified in Long Term Monitoring and Earned the Neuro-Analyst credential.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Management and Health Care Administration and am involved with ASET the Neurodiagnostic Society, leading several committees. I have worked for Neurotech since 2008 and currently oversees operations. I am married and have two sons.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, read, travel, visit my native country-Poland. 

Noelle Mendez A.A.S., R.EEG.T, CLTM

Lead Coordinator
I graduated with an Associates in Applied Science in 2018. After graduating, I moved to Michigan and began working for a local hospital, which I had many opportunities to grow and learn such as working with a diverse patient population of both pediatrics and adults, training on SPECT, and aiding in grid placement surgeries. In March 2020, I began working as a remote monitoring technologist for Neurotech and I absolutely love being part of the Neurotech team. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Health Services Management through Thomas Jefferson University.

I am married with two kids and three dogs. I enjoy playing soccer, hiking, working out, cooking, and spending time with my family.  

Daniel Mandel R.EEG.T

EEG Technologist, WA
I am a United States Airforce Veteran (Aircraft mechanic), that got into the medical field after needing a change of pace post military career. I studied Neurodiagnostic Technology and earned an associate degree in Neurodiagnostic Technology, and then became a Registered EEG Tech. I have worked with Neurotech since 2016.  The thing I love most about my job is Interacting with patients and helping to facilitate physicians in diagnosing/treating patients.

My hobbies include working on cars, driving, cooking, and traveling

Shante Carlson R.EEG.T

Travel Technologist
I've been working for Neurotech for about 4 years.  I started off working as a Student EEG Tech and after graduating from school was given the opportunity to become a Travel EEG Tech traveling throughout the country conducting EEGs and Sleep studies for research purposes. My position has given me the opportunity to live out my dream to help others and to see the world.

I am currently an R. EEGT and finishing up a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management. I have been with Neurotech for almost a year, and I can honestly say working with this company has been the biggest blessing I could ask for.

My hobbies include doing anything outdoors, being with my family and friends, and hiking. Ever since I was little, I always knew I was meant to do good and meant to do more with my life, so I am incredibly grateful to be able to steer my life in a direction that helps others. I am excited to be able to learn from each and every one of you as we all continue to grow personally, academically, and professionally!

I have my Associates in Applied Science in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology and Bachelors in Health Science.  I started at Neurotech in 2019 working as a Remote Monitoring Technologist.  Prior to coming to Neurotech, I worked in both hospital and clinical settings performing EEG’s, Evoked Potentials, Nerve Conduction Studies, and Intraoperative Monitoring.

I am originally from Bosnia, lived in Germany for couple years, and I speak some German. My family moved to the United States in 1999. I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our daughter, listening to audiobooks, traveling, spending time outdoors with my family and friends, and participating in local faith-based community events. I love animals!! So far we have cockatiels and a sweet bunny!

Manuel Hernandez R.EEG T, CLTM

Long Term Monitoring Technologist, Spanish language EEG Program Instructor
Manny is passionate about EEG and teaching. He helped develop EEG education materials for teaching EEG technologists in South America, served as instructor in Eltek EEG program initiative and hosted webinars for Spanish speaking students. He has been working at Neurotech in multiple roles as an LTM/ICU monitoring technologist, supervisor, and program instructor.
